In June and July, Charv\u00e1t Stroj\u00e1rne successfully introduced the first automated workplace using a robot-manipulator into serial operation.<\/p>\n

Since there is a shortage of qualified labor on the labor market and the costs of human labor are still rising,<\/p>\n

our company has also decided to introduce the first robot-manipulators into production.<\/p>\n

The main essence of this investment lies in the fact that the robot-manipulator operates 2 CNC lathes, inserts divided raw semi-finished products into the machines and selects already machined parts<\/p>\n

for further operations.<\/p>\n

The quality of machining and operation of the robotized workplace are of course supervised by trained operators, who can, however, devote themselves to other activities.<\/p>\n

This will significantly increase labor productivity and overall performance.<\/p>\n
