The present

The company CHARVÁT STROJÁRNE a.s. is a modern private manufacturing company focusing on the production, sale and service of hydraulic cylinders and components. After its takeover by the CHARVÁT Group, a gradual change of machinery and investments in roads, buildings and equipment began.

Every year, investments are made in machinery. In 2018-2023 the company gradually invested in 35 new machines and equipment with a total value of approximately 4,1 million EUR. Another 2,9 million EUR were invested to repair of roads, buildings, also purchase of new inspection equipment, testing and painting equipment.

The covered production area represents approximately 25,600 m2.

Our company has 135 machines and equipment of brands such as Leadwell, Pinacle, Tajmac, Doosan, Trens, MAS, Gildemeister, Kovolak, Wagner and CMZ.

Of these 66 are CNC machines:

• 20 vertical centres
• 2 horizontal centres
• 44 CNC lathes

In addition, we also have 29 classical machines and  6 testing stands ensuring high quality of our products.

We also have 12 welding working station of which 4 are Closs welding robots and 1 of ABB brand.

We employ approximately 280 employees with annual sales of own products at the level of 28,2 million EUR.

The future of our company is focused on the further development and expansion of the production base and investments in buildings, machines and technological equipment, in further acquisition of new key customers and diversification of the production portfolio in other areas than the production of hydraulic cylinders.

CNC machines are connected to monitoring showing their capacity usage in real-time.
