CHARVÁT STROJÁRNE a.s. is a modern private manufacturing company focused on the production, sale and service of hydraulic cylinders and components.

Since the end of October 2017, we have been part of the foreign group CHARVÁT GROUP, which employs a total of 1,100+ employees with an annual turnover of more than 140 million EUR and is known, in addition to its wide portfolio of hydraulic products, also for the Endowment Fund or the connection of mechanical engineering with horse racing sports.

The company’s motto “we have a horse for every race” is not accidental.

Our company Charvát Strojárne itself has 250+ employees with an annual turnover of 20+ million EUR.

After its takeover by the CHARVÁT Group, a gradual replacement of the machinery fleet and investments in roads, buildings and equipment began.

In the years 2017-2026, we gradually invested in 50 new machines and equipment with a total value of 15 million EUR. EUR and therefore has modern technologies and machines such as CNC lathes, machining centers as well as special technologies for deep drilling and friction welding.

Another approx. 2.9 million EUR was invested in the renovation of access roads, buildings, the purchase of production control equipment and testing and painting equipment.

Our company has modern CNC machines and equipment. CNC machines are connected to machine monitoring showing their utilization in real time.

We are also gradually investing in the automation and robotization of production processes.

The covered production area covers an area of approx. 25,600 m2.

Individual production processes are managed and controlled by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 certificates as well as the ISO 3834-2 welding system certificate.

The future of our company is oriented towards further development and expansion of the production base and investments in buildings, machines and technological equipment, in the future acquiring new key customers and diversifying the production portfolio into other areas such as the production of hydraulic cylinders.
