Automation and robotization of processes already at Charvát Strojárne

In June and July, Charvát Strojárne successfully introduced the first automated workplace using a robot-manipulator into serial operation.

Since there is a shortage of qualified labor on the labor market and the costs of human labor are still rising,

our company has also decided to introduce the first robot-manipulators into production.

The main essence of this investment lies in the fact that the robot-manipulator operates 2 CNC lathes, inserts divided raw semi-finished products into the machines and selects already machined parts

for further operations.

The quality of machining and operation of the robotized workplace are of course supervised by trained operators, who can, however, devote themselves to other activities.

This will significantly increase labor productivity and overall performance.
