New deep pipe processing technology in Bardejov has been successfully introduced into production

Our company Charvát Strojárne, even in times of declining market demand and a significant reduction in customer orders, does not stop thinking about the future and has decided to invest in hydraulic tube machining technology for medium and larger hydraulic cylinders in 2024.

This is a deep hole boring machine model FT 35/350×3000 in configurations of operations such as solid material boring, trepanning, thrust boring, turning, roller milling.

A relatively long delivery time has passed and these days we can state that this machine has been successfully installed and put into operation.

This is a specific complex machine that offers us new technological possibilities for tube machining.
This will gain new projects, significantly reduce and streamline the current production technology, and increase product quality.
Operations such as honing will be eliminated, which will also significantly shorten the production cycle.

The processing length is up to 3,000 mm and the internal processing diameter is up to 200 mm.

Right from the beginning, we have tested the processing of 3 internal pipe diameters, namely: D70 mm, D100 mm and D110 mm.

Gradually, more will be launched as needed.

The production capacity of this machine is not only intended for Bardejov, but also for other companies and their needs within the entire Charvát Group.
